We asked
We asked for your views on our Promoting Responsible Dog Ownership Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) and whether it should be extended for another three years.
The PSPO includes four separate orders, each covering a different aspect of dog control and responsible ownership:
- Dog fouling in specified areas
- Failing to produce a device or other means of removing dog faeces when requested
- Dogs on lead by direction
- Dog exclusion
We wanted to hear your views on each of these orders and our proposal to extend them.
